
dark chocolate peppermint protein shake
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 scoop all natural vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 T dark cocoa powder
1/4-1/2 t peppermint extract (depending on your taste buds)
1/8 tsp each of xanthan & guar gums
about 10 ice cubes
place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. serve immediately.
